This vibrant Coconut Date & Turmeric Granola Parfait features golden turmeric granola layered with creamy non-dairy yogurt and naturally sweet dates. Finished with a touch of orange zest or compote, it’s a refreshing blend of warm spice and citrusy brightness.

Ingredients
1 cup (90 g) granola with coconut flakes and chopped dates
1/4 tsp. (1 g) ground turmeric
1 1/2 cups (375 g) unsweetened non-dairy yogurt
2 tbsp. (30 ml) maple syrup or date syrup
1/2 tsp. (2.5 ml) vanilla extract
1/4 cup (60 ml) orange marmalade or orange compote
Zest of 1/2 orange (optional)
Directions
In a small bowl, stir turmeric into granola until evenly coated.
In another bowl, whisk together yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
To assemble each parfait, spoon half the turmeric granola into the bottom of a jar or glass.
Add a layer of the sweetened yogurt over the granola.
Top with a spoonful of orange marmalade or compote.
Repeat layers, finishing with a final dollop of marmalade and a sprinkle of orange zest if using.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
